Peace my BWB's and Sista Sha (missing in action). As I read through the dialog last night, tears swelled up in my eyes. We got something real special going on here. I believe in divine dispensation and I believe that this is our season. We have formed a community of Brothas and Sistas that has been through it, survived it, and is coming back to tell about it. This is culture baby. The young Brothas need to know and we need to connect with them to pass this legacy down. The BW's was the string to wet our appetite, but now as I look at the brilliant minds in this room and abroad, i cannot help but feel that there is much more to come. We have the power in this room to make things happen and we have the wisdom and experience to follow it through to a successful completion .. So he asked me a few things he wants this to go right (as do I)cuz he knows his spot gon be full for a month strait at least. He told me yesterday he told the dude we gotta have burgundy but I told him today "yo check it first round we wanna sell out quick so this is it,Black Navy Burgundy they will sell so fast yo who dont want a burgundy pair some dudes only pair was burgundy then dudes like me aint have the doe but wanted em. Then who dont need Black and Blue, guaranteed to kill yo then Samsung see what it is then they say "what now Mike?" Then you say aight second round after we seen all our loot on the first batch,then you hit em wit brown gray and forrest green beige then all who got the first 3 gon hop on the second batch. The object is dont give em too many colors then people get picky we dont wanna give em their fav color just three good colors. All shoes are leather wit suede stripe even the crown tie-ups. If you come out wit too many colors and styles you run a big risk of loosing money. Yo beleive a-body who copped the new joints WILL cop the Palladios,still its alotta people hungry for these samsungs, plus those that found out too late, the ones who said yo they ugly son I aint rockin them, then finally the ones who said they aint the real britishers we wore in the 80s, yo thats alotta shoes B if you play it right then after they make their loot drop the buckle,strap hi-top all-a dat but we gotta hit a home run first time at bat and the best way to do that is limit what can be bought. This is only the blue print, things gotta be precise but this is def the theme if the sales are goin to reach their potential. Aight BWB this is it. Mook, We need to find out from mike if samsung is willing to run just 3 colors in whatever style. If they was worried about mike selling them I don't think they would have put him on. If ni66a's was buying them 4th generation joints(suede w/ leather trim) then you know they gonna buy the Original 1st and 2nd generation joints that we remember. Peep this, let's say we tell mike to do 5 colors in just slip -ons or tie-ups, solid colors either all suede or all leather. And when he sells out because we know he will(BWB gonna buy 1/4 of his stock off da muscle). Then he can tell them to run the other styles. If you really remember not too many brothers was rockin' da zip-up or the straps too tuff just in certain colors. The main joints was slip-on and tie-ups. So we need to concentrate on these, maybe just a few strap and zips. We can't give samsung the impression that we are a little nervous about getting them off. We got to find out if samsung is saying. I think burgundy, blue, black, and grey are the basic colors that would definitely sell like wildfire. We need some input.. Promo, Kidwave, Holla back!!

YO BWB I just got off the phone with mike of mikes shoes and my man mook. Mike said he can make the shoe from the picture on the pook site, if a body has any pics of the og joint please post them so mike can have the proper blue print this time namean. I am still willing to send my joint if the designer really needs it, we don't want another reenactment of the last episode when the basically -ucked the british up.This is a one in a lifetime chance I'm taking it that serious yo let's do this sh--t yo PEACE BWB.

Nat my point is you could never go wrong going basic most companies do basic navy black and brown and they come off. Then after the basics they add on. As far as the buckle and straps and hi-top thats for later on down the line or whatever, that would be for my BWB brothers Promes and BigJ gotta make mention for them, I remember them sayin they wasnt crazy about the quilted top joints. Mike said its gonna be Mags shoe, leather wit suede stripe so thats the deal wit the style crowns and saxons.plus he told the dude $80-85 no more than 90 after taxes no $125- 100 so thats all good. Kidw put that burgundy joint on pookside I sent him over there and he said thats good enuff and any other joints we got should go on there Imma tell him how to get to Promes joint cuz he asked us all leather or combo we said coombo but samsung might see it a lil different so thats what it is, whatever Mike need Imma help him get it yo. Mook/Nat and peace to all the BWB's. Definately need the burgandy/gray ones. I agree on 5 colors. But here's the deal. The BWB's need to get special membership cards on this one at the discount price. We are pushing the product and will promote the product, there have to be some Royalties for us other than the shoe. If we are going to be seperated from the Day to Day customer, we need to make it happen now and negotiate it into the deal. We can get the original names of the crew as stands today in a certified document to get the discount at the 50 dollar bid like the joints we were getting from mikes. They may not cut us a check for pushing this, but they will give us the discount. But we need to push that into the conversation now. What do u think???

Im a little confused on something and Im putting this out here for feedback whether it be positive or negative. Why would we be entitled to royalties?

What up Wags? We're not entitled to royalties cuz we didnt create BWs, howeva, if we were a reconized club, trademarked and all,and were vital in the comeback and success of this shoe , at the very least we should be entitled to discounts from mike or samsung directly ya feel me.

Here's the deal BWB, The only thing we did was press this issue with mike on TRYIN' to get the shoe made again. Yes there was a few of us who in the beginning help mike blow up by puttin' his spot out so that others could come off too. And he made Mad money from OUR free advertisement and I believe mike knows that we helped sell alot of shoes...However organized crew or not we didn't do anything to warrant royalties, because if you think about it he would have sold them even if this site never existed, it just might have took him longer for the simple fact that brother would have never known about the joints unless they just happened to go in the store. So having said that if anything mike could if he wanted to but is not obligated, he could let us have them and a discounted price, get one pair free, or a percentage off just for us helping him sell the shoes and pressing him to make samsung make another run. But also remember he would probably not give ALL of us the hook-up, just those that he knows from talking to often and coming in to see him. That's just my take on it. But at any rate I know I speak for us all when I say we are just happy that we are finally gonna see our dreams come to fruition and if we have to pay full price so be it. Let's not let this "gettin' royalties, gettin' free shoes, gettin' a discount cause division because nobody owes us nothing. All we really did was try to see if we could get a shoe we all love made again so we could enjoy a little piece a place and time that meant so much to all of us. ONE LOVE BWB, ONE LOVE.

Im gon into all this not to brag or nothin but to show I did all this cuz I wanted the palladios and I felt they would make them if Mike asked them to. Shoe_fly, We do have our own website, www.pookside.blogspot.com check it out sometime. But like OCIE said, go to the top of the list and read how all this got started and how we ended up where we are at now. Just kinda skim over some of the post from about March to around May. You'll see how it started out as talk about this SHOE, and other fashion from the 80's and turned into talk about how we could get the SHOE and if there were anymore around. And then when we found the SHOE(4th generation) how happy we were to find them even if they wasn't the Originals. Then we vowed to search for the Original Palladios until we found them, and how OUR man Mike from Mike's Shoe Plaza finally got a Designer/Supplier to make the Originals AGAIN just because WE wanted them sooooooo bad and he did. Now we are about to enjoy the fruits of our hard work of researching, networking, callaborating, etc. ANd so we just got a little too happy talking about royalties, percentages and such and we had to put things in perspective about how and why we got to this point. First and foremost congratulations to all who put froth the time, energy, and positive thought that brought this to actualization. Secondly I agree with Mook and Kid. Mook is right you can never go wrong with a classic, that way wallies are still banging. So we need those classic sold colors. Texturally leather with the suede stripe, tie ups and slipons. How many times have we all asked a clerk you got these in silpons( although I prefer tie ups for most things, but with tassels oh...... yeah...)? And the felling of dejection we felt when we where denied the shoe that would go perfect with an outfit we already have hung and in our minds closet. As to Kids point nothing taste better then two tone flavors. They do not have to have thirty one of them. Just one or two classic combinations to give people the option. As for as moving the units, we do not need worry about as long as they go heavy on the large sizes. The BWBS will probably knock off the first run ourselves. If all goes well we can get a second run about Thanksgiving or Christmas. Buy that time friends and family would have inquired where the f**k did you get those. Have a glorious god day.

I personally thanked Chucky G for this site as well as this page dedicated to this shoe and he or the editor of this page have absolutely no problems with us even sometimes straying off the shoe, but as long as we're talking about 80s clothes its par for the course. How did you find this page if you were not looking for British Walkers? Or are you just some cat who got a problem with us altogether? How dare you come on a page that says in short, British Walkers and question us and complain that our posts dominate the page? What else should we be talking about on a British Walker page Sports,news weather? I suggest you look at the top of the page and read what it says then apologize for disrupting our conversations. This site has page upon page about 80s things from movies to slang to clothes so maybe you should go find the page that fits you and leave us alone if you dont have anything to say about British Walkers since you are once again on, "the British Walker page" If I didnt know any better I would say you have a problem with us should I define "us" for you? Promes Im lovin them 616s my last pair of Zellies was a black 607 shade like that in 85. I bought em off somebody who "found em" wink wink,but dudes was still wearing their joints without the lenses and the glass was kinda thick so people was tellin me if I broke it out I would break the frame so since I couldn't get the glass out I let em go for 50 smackaroos one day when I was broke.
