My new kicks arrived yesterday. The fit's a little funky but not as I can't manage. It's kinda hard to explain..they a bit loose in the heel. But they fit pretty well overall and will probably get better over time. Welcome back bully b and Sha. Nice to know there's another sista in the fold. Yo Mags,be careful when you dying em ask Wagz about the color mixtures and what to mix with grey to make whatever color. He dyed the Grey Red to make burgundy,then he dyed the gray green to make like a teal I think. Anyway Imma leave my gray joints gray cuz you can rock different coats jackets suede fronts etc,plus I gotta gray leather already.Yo order the Meltonian leather spray in navy to make the leather match the suede on your navy RJs I did it and yo,this is about the only pair cats and sistas recognize right off the top my brother dont like Samsung jammies but said he would rock em, second is the black and grey.Spray is like 6 or 7 dollars a can. I even made the rust & brown Rust & Navy and still gotta half a can B.Im tryin to find more Samsungs so I can switch the colors I wanna make the suede & leather the same color all beige all navy all brown.Happy belated O.Peace,Mook

I am only Rocking the Blue RJ's and Love them. They are awesome. I wish i could grab another pair of those Joints. I still have the GBX version (Biscuits). I feel like tossing them joints in the can. I have the gray and black and red and black and they aint no where close to the real deal nor the RJ's. I can appreciate the effort RJ put into them to make it a quality shoe. GBX can keep theirs.. O,are your RJs all Navy or navy suede & black leather? If they are you should dye them joints sun Im telling you these Navy joints are the truth B.Yo but anyway I get with you about the remakes Aki,I agree wit you O, for real I should be a spokesman for RJ cuz like you I appreciate the work they put in their joints they just a step below the Samsungs but a couple steps ahead of alotta shoes I be seeing and God knows about 5 steps ahead of them GBX bricks. Very rarely do you find padding and a foam sole in a shoe the only difference between the two is Britisher's put that real fine Puma suede on their joints along with that butter soft leather but RJ used the same leather and suede as the Palladios/Greece joints thats why I speak so highly of them plus for the price its an excellent shoe thats def gonna last a ni66a word.... Sky blue is way lighter than that gray so it aint gonna work Bee. The dopest color combo I was able to get in the RJs is the Red Fiebings Suede Dye on day Gray to give you the Bergundy Color. Slap some crepe on dem jimmies, make the dip and you str8 son.

Thanks to wags I got the navy I said and the brown, grey, black and grey, all black. and three pair of sorry to say gbxs what the hey they was a hot dubb so I copped them. Sup BWPs (the Ps for peeps). Just a bit of a brief check-in. All's good on my end though could be better ..... been trying to shake these allergies and slight cold for the past couple of weeks. Good thing is that the cold hasn't fully overtaken me (a prayer every day, poppin' vitamins on the reg and keeping an upbeat attitude works wonders). Been spendin' a little too much on gear lately so gotta keep that under control 'cause I got 10 days in the UK coming up next month and I need serious $$$ for that trip. And trying to stay focused with my little girl being in 7th grade and her having to deal with her mom giving her the aggies, and in turn giving me the aggies over bullshizzzz (what else is new). I'm more than happy, and always ready to take care of my daughter at a moment's notice and will sacrifice what need be to do so, but otherwise I feel like Bill Murray in "Groundhog Day" where it's just the same shizzz day in and day out ..... but at least he was able to master the monotony of every day being the same day .... that's what I gotta stay focused on because once one can master their day, they can finally make it to a newer day every day. I got a bad feeling about a Pelle Pelle leather bomber I copped on ebay a couple of days ago. This chic said she sent me the tracking number and I never got it. I sent her a couple of emails to resend it but she hasnt responded. I looked at her profile and she is brand new. She has a rating of zero (red flag). Anyway I hope Im wrong and the coat shows up. I know Im covered for the 2 bills through PayPal but It will probably take a couple of months before they will cover it if I did get ripped off. I hope Im wrong about this.

DSJ I gotta say that MO jacket does look nice and I'm sure would look nice on you. Nothing wrong with vintage/retro gear - if anything I'd rather wear some unworn or mint condition vintage gear than a newer / updated version. There are some things that look too dated (ties as wide as a surfboard, shirt collars the size of a vulture's wing), but the MO jacket in question looks retro but not outdated. ................... also a big R.I.P. to Mr. Magic ..... I grew up listening to his show on WHBI in the very early 80's.
