I remember the joint we wore down here was called Britishers cuz I remember the tag but it wasn't leather and the slip-ons had the B in the front but I never seen a pair wit British Walker on them and we would ask why yall dudes up top called them that, but that did sound kinda slick. Now Look at it like this someone from back in the day who was affiliated with the first company in some way is puttin out the shoes, since the original owners are long gone and they know they aint gotta worry about being sued right? Once again it makes no sense yo that they came out of the sky with this idea 20 years later with no ties to the 80s, somebody knows something and I think my theory is right on.
