Comments left:	I see you mentioning club Zanzibar there. That's one of the clubs that I regret never making it to - been to a few other joints in Jerz back in the day but can't remember the names right now. Mid-late 80's clubbing was where it was at. Leviticus, Red Zone, The Underground, Palladium, Latin Quarters, Paradise Garage (making sure you went on the right night LOL), etc. The last time I remember going to the Garage was back in July/August 1987 - me, a good friend of mine and these two chicks rolled up and the line was so long to get in the club that we just parked on the side where the windows were open and you could hear the music, cracked open the big bottle of Jack Daniels, and we partied out in the street with everyone else. Lots of good times back then, when you heard a serious mixture of r&b, rap/ hip hop, reggae/soca, and house music. I can't get with the 20-something club mentality nowadays but then I guess I'm not supposed to. But about Zanzibar, the closest I got to it was listening to Tony Humphries on KISS-FM on Friday and Saturday nights when they would do live broadcasts. I'm still one of the biggest househeads to this day.
