Thanks for holla back Mook and Mage and Wagz. Just found this site so I will do my research and look back at past notes. And ur right about bros just coming to get info and then bouncing. I will be keepin in touch my bros. It nice to see some old school cats that still around kickin and alive. Alot of my dudes are dead or in for life. As for sheeps skins and cazals, I know dudes that are still locked down since the late 70's and early 80's for that. Coming from uptown on the train or coming thru BK and Harlem west side was crazy back then. But there was so many good times. The block parties, Empire Skate Rink, Harlem World, Disco Fever, Palladium, Broadway International, The Latin Quarters, and The Flamingo Lounge on 125, Dapper Dan's on 125. The MCM, Louie V, Gucci, etc. taylor made. AJ Lester's and Leyton's on 125. These young boys dont have a clue. I gotta holla at y'all for real because it ain't easy trying to tell these kids how things was back then and they will listen. And visually, there ain't enough of us left around to kick it with. They don't know that everything is a circle like my pops and grandpops used to tell me. Or the old saying, "I TAUGHT YOU EVERYTHING YOU KNOW. I DIDN'T TEACH YOU EVERYTHING I KNOW."
